Ingredients
- 1 bag (16 oz) baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss carrots with oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Spread carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking tray and drizzle with honey.
- Bake uncovered, turning once, until just tender or cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 25-35 minutes.
- Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 4-6
